摘　　要：现阶段,中国大学生面临各种各样的压力。同学、朋友、家庭及学校等各类社会群体或组织应从不同角度和不同程度为大学生提供经济、情感和智力等方面的支持,多方协作帮助他们积极面对和应对压力。大学生应合理利用各种社会支持正确处理人际关系,增强应对压力的勇气,健康成长。At present, Chinese university students are faced with various kinds of stress. Their classmates, friends, family and school should give them financial, emotional and intellectual support to help them actively face and cope with stress. University students are expected to effectively use all kinds of so-cial support, properly handle various personal relations, and actively pour out their stress.
