摘　　要：医务社会工作介入医患纠纷是改善医患关系的一项重要举措,但在目前的运作模式下,医务社会工作介入医患纠纷的作用受到很大限制,其中关键原因是无法充分赢得患者及其家属的信任,这需要充分协调医务社会工作介入医患纠纷的工作内容(预防纠纷、介入纠纷、修复医患关系)、工作方式(社区工作、小组工作、个案工作)以及信任要素(能力、善心、正直)的关系,以此构建患方信任模型,并在所构建的信任模型的基础上,提出医务社会工作介入医患纠纷的针对性建议。Medical social work involved in doctor-patient disputes is an important measure to improve the relationship between doctors and patients, but under the current mode of operation, the role of medical social work in medical disputes is greatly limited, and the key reason is the inability to win the trust of patients and their families. This work needs fully coordination of the relations among the contents （prevention of disputes, involving in disputes, repairing relationship between doctor and patient） of medical social work, the ways （social community work, social group/team work, social case work） of medical social work and the trust factors （ability, benevolence, integrity）. In this way we can construct the patient trust model, and finally based on which we put forward some relevant advices about improving the doctor-patient relationship.
