摘　　要：高新技术企业作为经济与科技衔接的经济实体，对实现我国经济的高质量发展有着重要的推动作用。本文采用DEA（数据包络分析）综合评价模型，建立高新技术企业集群R＆D效率评价指标体系，利用MaxDEA Pr05．2软件对贵州省高新技术企业集群（技术领域和区域划分集群）R＆D效率进行实证分析，为今后高新技术企业技术领域、区域发展制订相关规划政策提供参考.As an economic entity linking up economy with science and technology, high-tech enterprises play an important role in realizing the high-quality development of China＇s economy.this paper USES DEA （data en- velopment analysis）, a comprehensive evaluation model to establish a high and new technology enterprise cluster R＆D efficiency evaluation index system, using MaxDEA Pro5.2 software to guizhou province high and new technology enterprise cluster （technology division and cluster） R＆D efficiency to carry on the empirical analysis, for the future high technology and new technology enterprise technology to provide the reference to formulate relevant planning, regional development policy.
