摘  要:为明确草菇不同菌株和栽培工艺对病虫害的防控效果,对6个不同的草菇菌株,设计不同的发酵工艺和覆土材料进行了栽培试验。结果表明草菇菌株V1296、V733、V35可作为我国北方地区抗病性和抗逆性强,优质高产的首选品种。采取轻简化发酵技术和新型覆土材料通过优化基料的理化性状和微生态环境,能有效防控草菇病虫害的发生。发菌期杂菌污染率、出菇期病害发生率可分别控制在1.5%和2.5%以下,出菇期抗虫率达95%。In order to explore the control effect of different strains and cultivation techniques of Volvariella volvacea on diseases and insect pests, cultivation experiments of V. volvacea were carried out by designing different fermentation technology and different materials casing soil for 6 strains. The experimental results showed that V. volvacea strains V1296, V733 and V35 could be the first choice varieties with high quality, high yield and disease resistance in north China. By optimizing the physical and chemical properties and micro-ecological environment of the substrate, new light-simplified fermentation technology and new casing soil can effectively prevent and control the occurrence of V. volvacea diseases and insect pests. The mycelial contamination rate and the occurrence of disease of fruiting body can be controlled below 1.5% and 2.5%, respectively, the insect resistance rate could reach 95%.
