《周易》变易思想对中医学的影响

摘　　要："变易"思想是贯穿于《周易》的核心思想,而中医学的哲学基础正是建立在以《周易》为核心的中国优秀传统文化之上。无论是中医基础理论体系,如阴阳五行、脏腑经络、精气血津液等学说的构建,还是对辨证论治、三因制宜等中医临床实践过程,变易思想均发挥着其不可取代的作用。《周易》以卦爻象的变化组合形象阐述自然、社会、人事的"变易"之理,而中医学亦从运动、变化、发展的"变易"视角去观察和审视生命,去理解人体的生理病理,去探究人与宇宙自然之间的关系,变易思想已经成为中医学的灵魂所在。故而,分析和研究《周易》变易思想对中医学的影响,具有极其重要的作用,对医易会通理论体系的构建与发展有着深远的意义。＂ Variation＂（ Bian Yi） is the core thoughts in Book of Changes（ Zhou Yi）,a book of central importance in the traditional Chinese culture,which serves as the philosophical foundation of TCM. Whether it is in the basic theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine,such as the construction of the theory of Yin and Yang,the theory of Five Elements,the theory of Zang and Fu,the theory of meridian,the theory of Essence,Qi,Blood,Jin and Ye,as well as the clinical practices of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,and treatment according to different people,time and location,the variation thoughts plays an irreplaceable role. In Book of Changes（ Zhou Yi）,the changing principle of nature,society and personnel are illustrated by useing the combination of Gua,which is constructed with Yin Yan and Yang Yao. In TCM,people observes and examines life,understand the physiological pathology of the human body and explore the relationship between human and the nature of the universe from perspectives of action,change and development. The idea of change has become the soul of Chinese medicine. Therefore,it is extremely important to analyze and study the influence of the change of Zhou Yi on Chinese medicine and it has far-reaching significance for the construction and development of the Chinese medicine theory system.
