摘 要:现代电力系统的发展日趋复杂且运行方式多变,多机系统下存在阻尼耦合现象,采用传统的PSS参数整定方法可能导致某些低频振荡阻尼恶化,且多机多运行方式下参数整定耗时较长,难以满足工程实际应用要求。针对上述问题,分析了PSASP与MATLAB软件各自的适用范围,提出了基于PSASP7.31和MATLAB联合仿真的PSS参数整定方法。针对现有使用广泛的仿真软件PSASP7.31的结构和小干扰稳定计算过程,开发了调用PSASP7.31小干扰稳定计算模块数据的MATLAB接口程序,实现了2个程序的自动联合仿真。通过8机36节点系统和河北南网进行了多运行方式下的PSS参数整定计算和方案校验,验证了MATLAB与PSASP7.31接口应用实现多运行方式和多机协调PSS参数整定方法针对实际复杂电网的有效性和快速性,能够满足工程实际应用要求,为现代大电网的PSS参数整定工程应用提供了新的手段。The development of modem power system is becoming more and more complex and the run mode is changeable. The damping coupling phenomena exist in multi-machine system. Using the traditional PSS parameter tuning method may cause low frequency oscillation damping deterioration and more time-consuming for parameter tuning in multi-machine multi-operating conditions, and it is difficult to satisfy the practical engineering requirements. Accordingly, the paper analyzes the application scope of power system analysis software package (PSASP) and MATLAB software, and proposes the PSS parameter tuning method based on PSASP7.31 and MATLAB co-simulation. Aiming at the structure of the widely used simulation software PSASP7.31 and the small-signal stability calculation process, a MATLAB interface program that calls PSASP7.31 small-signal stability calculating module data is developed, and the automatic co-simulation of the two programs are realized. Through 8-machine 36-node system and South Hebei Power Network, the PSS parameters tuning calculation and scheme verification is carried out under the multi-operating conditions, and the speediness and efficiency of MATLAB and PSASPT.31 interface program is verified for the PSS parameter tuning under the multi- machine system multi-operating conditions in practical complex power grid, satisfying the requirement of the engineering application. It provides a new method for the engineering application of the PSS parameter tuning in modem large power grid.
