摘 要:为分析感潮河段排污口设置对水环境的影响,以长江南京段感潮河段为例,在设计水文条件下,考虑排污口三种排放工况(尾水回用30%后排放、未回用直接排放及事故时尾水全排放),采用二维非稳态水动力水质模型进行预测。结果表明,尾水回用30%后排放时,保护目标均未受影响;未回用直接排放时,南京市绿水湾国家湿地公园COD浓度有所升高;事故排放时,南京市绿水湾国家湿地公园及江浦、浦口饮用水水源保护区污染物浓度均有所升高,相较前两种工况,污染物扩散带有所扩展,其中涨急时污染物扩散带向上游扩展,最远可至排污口上游639m;落急时污染物扩散带向下游扩展,最远可至排污口下游2 201m。研究成果可为长江南京段环境风险分析与评价提供依据。In order to analyze the influence of outlet setting on water environment of the tidal river, taking tidal river in Nanjing Reach of the Yangtze River as an example, two-dimensional unsteady hydrodynamic and water quality model was used to predict the influence of the discharge outlet under the designed hydrologic status with considering three work- ing conditions: normal emission with 30% water reuse, direct emission without water reuse, accidental emission. The re- sults showed that at the condition of normal emission with 30% water reuse, the protection targets are all not affected; When discharging without water reuse, the concentration of COD in the National Wetland Park of Green Water Bay in Nanjing was increased; At the condition of accidental emission, the concentrations of pollutants in the National Wetland Park of Green Water Bay in Nanjing and in the conservation areas of drinking water in Jiangpu and Pukou were increased. Compared with the previous two working conditions, the pollutant dispersion band was extended. In the maximum flood, the pollutant dispersion band extended the upstream, as far as 639 m upstream of the discharge outfall. In the maximum ebb, the pollutant dispersion band extended the downstream, as far as 2 201 m downstream of the discharge outfall. The research results can provide basis for risk analysis and evaluation of environment in river channel of Nanjing.
