摘　　要：近年来,我国出台的促进科研人员增收政策呈现出层次高、数量多、措施全方位等特点,同时也存在太笼统、无细则、难落实等问题。更好地发挥促进科研人员增收的政策效应,需要抓紧制定实施细则,通过分类施策并加强部门间沟通协调,促进科研人员增收政策落地生根。In recent years, the government has promulgated policies to increase the income of scientific research personnel. At the same time, the policies are too general, without detailed rules, difficult to implement and other issues. To better play the role of these policies, it is necessary to formulate policy implementation rules, implement policies by classification and strengthen inter-departmental communication and coordination, so as to promote the real implementation of the policy of increasing the income of scientific researchers.
