摘　　要：目的探究核酪蛋白激酶和细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶底物(nuclear ubiquitous casein and cyclindependent kinase substrate,NUCKS)在子宫内膜异位症相关卵巢癌(endometriosis associated ovarian cancer,EAOC)中的表达及临床意义。方法收集2008～2012年于廊坊市人民医院经手术切除的65例EAOC组织标本,包括34例卵巢透明细胞癌和31例卵巢内膜样癌,同时收集单纯卵巢型子宫内膜异位症包块30例作为对照组。苏木精-伊红染色观察EAOC组织的病理学形态;辣根过氧化物酶标记链霉卵白素免疫组化技术检测EAOC组织中NUCKS蛋白表达水平;分析EAOC组织NUCKS表达水平与患者临床病理特征及预后的关系。结果 (1) NUCKS蛋白主要表达于EAOC组织的细胞核内。NUCKS在EAOC组织中的阳性表达率(86. 15%)显著高于在单纯性子宫内膜异位症组织中的阳性表达率(43. 33%)(P <0. 05)。(2) EAOC组织中NUCKS蛋白表达水平与患者的宫颈癌国际妇产科联盟分期、淋巴结转移、分化程度有关(P <0. 05)。(3)全部患者术后1、3、5年的累积生存率分别为89. 23%、72. 31%、60. 00%。NUCKS高表达患者的中位生存期为59个月,术后1、3、5年的累积生存率分别为83. 33%、63. 89%、47. 22%; NUCKS低表达患者术后1、3、5年的累积生存率分别为96. 55%、82. 76%、75. 86%;两者累积生存率比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论 NUCKS表达异常与EAOC的发生、发展有关,可作为EAOC临床治疗及预后判断的指标之一。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of nuclear ubiquitous casein and cyclin-dependent kinase substrate（ NUCKS） in endometriosis associated ovarian cancer（ EAOC）. Methods From 2008 to 2012,65 cases of EAOC tissue specimens surgically resected in Langfang People＇s Hospital were collected,including 34 cases of clear cell carcinoma of ovary and 31 cases of ovarian endometrial carcinoma; at the same time,30 cases of simple ovarian endometriosis were collected as control. The pathological morphology of EAOC tissue was observed by hematoxylin eosin（ HE） staining; the expression of NUCKS protein in EAOC tissues was detected by horseradish peroxidase labeling streptomycin（ SP） immunohistochemical technique; the relationship between the level of NUCKS expression in EAOC tissue with the clinicopathological features and prognosis of the patients was analyzed. Results（1） NUCKS protein was mainly expressed in the nucleus of EAOC tissue. The positive expression rate of NUCKS in EAOC tissues（ 86. 15 %） was significantly higher than that in simple endometriosis tissues（ 43. 33 %）（ P〈0. 05）.（2）The expression of NUCKS protein in EAOC tissues was related to FIGO staging,lymph node metastasis and degree of differentiation of the patients（ P〈0. 05）.（3） The cumulative survival rates of all patients at 1,3,and 5 years after operation were 89. 23 %,72. 31 %and 60. 00 % respectively. The median survival period of the patients with high expression of NUCKS was 59 months,the cumulative survival rates at 1,3,and 5 years after operation were 83. 33 %,63. 89 % and 47. 22 % respectively; the cumulative survival rates of the patients with NUCKS low expression at 1,3,and 5 years after operation were 96. 55 %,82. 76 % and 75. 86 % respectively;the differences of survival rate was significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The abnormal expression of NUCKS is related to the occurrence and development of EAOC,it can be used as one of the indicators for the clinical treatment
