摘　　要：在电视技术和信息技术等共同发展的背景下,催生了视频点播技术。这项技术创造了新的教学模式,逐渐成为教育领域中不可或缺的重要技术手段。目前,许多高校思政教育网站的内容复杂难懂,呈现形式过于单调,趣味性很低。而且,师生之间缺少深入的沟通交流,往往不能达到理想的教学效果。本文使用Web框架,借助ASP. NET技术进行编程,设计出了一套以视频点播技术为基础的网络教学系统,希望能对思政课程教学提供一定的帮助。系统中储存着丰富的视频资料,学生可以点播视频自由学习。该系统已经通过了实验测试,各个部分都能正常工作,系统能够成功运行。In the context of the common development of television technology and information technology, video on demand technology has been promoted. This technology has created a new teaching model and has gradually become an indispensable and important technical means in the field of education. At present, the content of many colleges and universities＂ Ideological and political education websites is complicated and difficult to understand, and the form is too monotonous and the interest is very low. Moreover, the lack of in-depth communication and communication between teachers and students often can not achieve the ideal effect of teaching. Using Web framework and programming with ASP. NET technology,this paper designs a web-based teaching system based on VOD technology, hoping to provide some help for ideological and political course teaching. There are plenty of video data stored in the system, and students can take free video on demand. The system has passed the experimental test, each part can work normally, and the system can run successfully.
