摘 要:试验按L9(34)正交设计,以多糖含量作为多糖提取率指标,对野生美味牛肝菌子实体多糖提取条件(料液比、提取温度、提取时间、乙醇沉淀浓度)进行优化。结果表明,4个因素对野生美味牛肝菌多糖提取率的影响表现为料液比>提取温度大于乙醇沉淀浓度>提取时间,其中料液比和提取温度的影响分别达到极显著和显著水平,确定野生美味牛肝菌多糖提取的最佳工艺为料液比1∶25、提取温度90℃、提取时间2 h、乙醇浓度95%。The experiment was conducted to optimize the extraction conditions of polysaccharide from Boletus edulis with the orthogo-nal design L9(3^4), 4 conditions were set including material to solvent ratio, extraction temperature, extraction time, and ethanol concen-tration, the polysacchafide content was used as the index of polysacchafide extraction efficiency. The resuhs showed that the effects of 4 conditions on the polysaccharide extraction efficiency of B. edulis were as follows: material to solvent ratio〉extraction temperature〉 ethanol concentration〉extraction time, in which the effects of material to solvent ratio and extraction temperature were significant. The optimum extraction process which screened by the orthogonal experiment was as follows: material to solvent ratio (1:25), extraction temperature (90 ℃), extraction time (2 h), and ethanol concentration (95%).
