摘　　要：目的:观察针刺配合小针刀加穴位注射治疗面肌痉挛的临床疗效。方法:选择面肌痉挛患者68例,随机分为治疗组(34例)和对照组(34例)。治疗组采取针刺配合小针刀加穴位注射治疗;对照组采用针刺治疗。观察两组于治疗前后面肌痉挛强度和频度分级情况,并评定临床疗效。结果:治疗后两组面肌痉挛强度和频度均较治疗前降低(均P <0.05);治疗2个疗程后,治疗组总有效率优于对照组。结论:运用针刺配合小针刀加穴位注射治疗面肌痉挛疗效优于单纯针刺治疗,值得临床推广及运用。Objective： To observe clinical effects of acupuncture plus acupotomy and acupoint injection on hemifacial spasm. Methods： 68 patients with hemifacial spasm were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 34 cases in each. The treatment group was treated by acupuncture plus acupotomy and acupoint injection. The control group was treated by acupuncture. Results： After treatment, the intensity and frequency of facial spas in two groups were reduced （P〈0.05）. After 2 course of treatment, the total efective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture plus acupotomy and acupoint injection on hemifacial spasm is efective, and worthy of promotion.
