摘　　要：以企业采购决策支持系统为背景,阐述了系统开发的必要性、规划内容、系统目标、功能分析等一系列理论,并以中小企业基于供应链协同的采购决策支持为研究开发对象,对决策支持系统进行开发、实施与评价,实现了采购效率的显著提升。The necessity,planning content,system goals,function analysis for system development were introduced in the background of the decision support system of purchasing,as well as the decision support system was developed,implemented and evaluated in purchasing decision supporting for small and medium-sized enterprises based on supply chain collaboration. The results showed that the purchasing efficiency was promoted apparently.
