摘 要:目的探讨营养干预对消化道晚期癌症患者预后的影响。方法随机选取2015年3月~2018年3月我院收治的200例消化道晚期癌症患者作为研究对象,利用简单随机法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各100例。对照组患者制定常规护理干预方案,观察组患者在此基础上行营养干预。观察比较两组患者的营养知识知晓率、营养状况和生活质量。结果观察组患者的营养知识知晓率(90.00%)高于对照组(79.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.619,P=0.000)。干预前,两组患者的白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PRE)、视黄醇结合蛋白(RbP)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预4周后,两组患者的ALB、PRE、RbP均高于干预前,且观察组患者的ALB、PRE、RbP高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者干预前的生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预4周后,两组患者的生活质量评分高于干预前,且观察组患者的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对消化道晚期癌症患者,给予营养干预可改善其营养状态,提高其生活质量,值得推荐。Objective To investigate the effect of nutritional intervention on the prognosis of patients with advanced cancer of digestive tract. Methods From March 2015 to March 2018, 200 patients with advanced cancer of the digestive tract admitted to our hospital were randomly selected as the study subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group by simple randomization, with 100 patients in each group. In the control group, regular nursing intervention program was used, while in the observation group, nutritional intervention on this basis the control group was added. The nutritional knowledge awareness rate,nutritional status and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The awareness rate of nutritional knowledge of the observation group(90.00%) was higher than that of the control group(79.00%), the difference was statistically significant(χ-2=4.619, P=0.000). There was no great difference in albumin(ALB), prealbumin(PRE) or retinol binding protein(RbP) in the two groups before intervention, the differences were not statistically significant(P〉0.05). After 4-week intervention, the levels of ALB, PRE and RbP in the two groups were all higher than those before intervention, and the ALB, PRE and RbP in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). There was no significant difference in the quality of life scores between the groups(P〉0.05). After 4-week nursing intervention, the quality of life scores in the two groups were higher than before the intervention, the quality of life scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion For patients with advanced cancer of the digestive tract, nutritional intervention can improve their nutritional status, and ameliorate their quality of life, which is worthy of recommendation and promotion.
