摘　　要：目的探讨手术联合放射治疗和单纯喉部分切除术治疗喉癌的临床效果。方法选取2015年7月~2017年12月我院收治的70例喉癌患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(35例)与对照组(35例)。观察组患者采用手术联合放射治疗,对照组患者采用单纯喉部分切除术治疗。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、生存率及生活质量(生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、活力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康、总体健康)评分。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的生存率为高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术联合放射技术治疗喉癌具有较高的临床价值,能够在提高生存率的基础上改善生活质量,值得应用及推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of surgery combined with radiotherapy and partial laryngectomy for laryngeal cancer. Methods Seventy patients with laryngeal cancer admitted to our hospital from July 2015 to December 2017 were enrolled as study subjects. The patients were equally divided into observation group（n=35） and control group（n=35） according to the random number table method. In the observation group, radiotherapy combined with surgery was used, while in the control group, partial laryngectomy was adopted. The total effectiveness rate, survival rate and life quality score, including physiological function, physiological role, somatic pain, vitality, social function, emotional function, mental health and overall health were compared between the two groups. Results The total effectiveness rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The survival rate of the observation group was higher compared with that of the control group with a significant difference（P〈0.05）. The scores of quality of life were higher than those of the control group with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Surgery combined with radiotherapy has a high clinical value in the treatment of laryngeal cancer. It can improve the quality of life based on the increase of survival rate,wich is worthy of application and promotion.
