摘 要:对海带多酚提取物进行分离纯化及其体外生物活性研究。使用超声提取法对海带多酚进行提取,经大孔树脂AB-8柱分离纯化,分别测定纯化后的多酚各组分对自由基DPPH·和·OH的清除能力以及抗亚油酸氧化和结合牛磺胆酸钠能力。结果表明:大孔树脂AB-8能根据聚合度的不同对海带多酚进行分离纯化,海带多酚聚合度较小时显示出较强的体外生物活性,推测其生物活性与海带多酚的聚合程度有关。Extraction, separation, purification and in vitro biological activities of Laminaria japonicapolyphenols were studied.The Laminaria japonica polyphenols were extracted by ultrasonic extraction,thenseparated and purified by macroporous resin AB.8 column. While DPPH· radical, and ·OH radicalscavenging activity, anti.linoleic acid oxidation and sodium taurocholate binding capacity of differentfractions of polyphenols were determined,respectively.Laminaria japonica polyphenols could be separatedin different polymerization degree through macroporous resin AB.8. The Laminaria japonica polyphenolsshowed stronger bioactivity in vitro when the polymerization degree was small,suggested that the biologicalactivity was related to the polymerization degree of Laminaria japonica polyphenols.
