摘 要:可调阻尼减振器依靠旁置的阻尼控制阀(以下简称ADS阀)来实现阻尼力的变化。ADS阀性能优劣的评判标准是阻尼特性,而该标准的测试需要将ADS阀与减振器主筒连接在一起进行试验分析,为此设计了专用的可调阻尼减振器ADS阀阻尼特性测试平台。借助此测试平台可以分别对可调阻尼减振器整机和ADS阀的阻尼特性进行试验研究。试验表明:该测试平台能够获得ADS阀各个挡位下的阻尼特性图和可调阻尼减振器在各种工况下的示功图,为可调阻尼汽车减振器的性能分析提供了有效手段。The adjustable damping shock absorber rely on the side of the damping control valve (hereinafter referred to as automatic dispatch system (ADS) valve) to achieve the damping force changes. ADS valve performance evaluation criteria is the damping characteristics. And the standard test must connect the ADS valve to the shock absorber main cylinder for test analysis. Therefore the test platform of damping characteristics of ADS valve of adjustable shock absorber was designed. The damping characteristics of the adjustable shock absorbers and ADS valves could be studied separately through the experimental platform. The results show that the test bench can obtain indicator diagram and acceleration characteristic curve in various conditions and ADS valve’ s damping characteristics curve of the various stalls, which can provide an effective measure for performance analysis of the damping adjustable shock absorber of car.
