电针刺激双天枢穴联合生物反馈治疗盆底功能障碍型便秘的临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的:观察电针刺激双天枢穴联合生物反馈治疗盆底功能障碍型便秘临床效果,探讨电针联合生物反馈治疗便秘作用可能的机制。方法:便秘程度为中度或以上盆腔功能障碍便秘患者,分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。对照组予以常规治疗和缓泻药物处理,治疗组予以常规治疗加电针联合生物反馈治疗。结果:治疗组的总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组治疗后每周排便次数、大便性状、排便费力程度等均优于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后肛管静息压、缩榨压、肛管剩余压、初始便意感、感觉阈值等均较治疗前下降(P<0.01)。结论:电针联合生物反馈治疗盆底功能障碍型便秘可改善临床症状及直肠肛管动力学感觉指标,有较好临床效果。Objective：To observe the the effects of electroacupuncture to double tianshu acupoints combined with biofeedback in the treatment for pelvic floor dysfunction constipation,and discuss its possible mechanism.Method：Patients of pelvic floor dysfunction constipation were divided into control group and treatment group randomly with 30 patients in each group,the control group was treated by conventional therapies and laxative drug,treatment group was treated by conventional therapies and electroacupuncture combined with biofeedback. Result：The total effectiveness rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group（P〈0.01）.After treatment,the intervals of defecation,the character of stool,difficult defecation in the treatment group were superior to prior treatment（P〈0.05）,and anorectal resting pressure,maximum squeezing pressure,anorectal residual pressure,first sensation volume,sensory threshold in the treatment group were lower than prior treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Electroacupuncture combined with biofeedback in the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction constipation can improve the clinical symptoms and anorectal dynamics and sensations,it is effective.
