摘　　要：社会在迅猛发展,充斥着各种竞争与压力,中小企业没有足够的科技平台来获取资源。它们存在不少问题,如缺乏平台支持,缺乏资金扶持,平台开发程度不高等。为了实现共同发展,建立科技共享平台就显得尤为重要,而且科技平台向中小企业开放对增强其自主创新能力和优化产业结构具有重要意义。本文就我市现状及存在问题展开论述,最后提出建议与对策。Society is developing rapidly, full of competition and pressure, and SMEs do not have enough technology platforms to obtain resources. They have many problems, such as lack of platform support, lack of financial support, and low level of platform development. In order to achieve common development, it is particularly important to establish a shared platform for science and technology, and the opening of technology platforms to small and medium-sized enterprises is of great significance for enhancing their capability of independent innovation and optimizing the industrial structure. This paper discusses the current situation and problems of our city, and finally puts forward suggestions and countei＇~ileasures.
