摘　　要：通过复习国内外文献,结合并分析我院1例双气囊小肠镜诊治胶囊内镜滞留患者的临床特征和诊疗要点,以期为小肠疾病检查方式的选择提供帮助。A case report of clinical features and key points of diagnosis and treatment of double-balloon enteroscopy（ DBE） to capsule endoscopy（ CE） retention analyzed by reviewing literature at home and abroad,which may offer some help in selection decisions of small intestinal diseases.
