摘 要:为了探讨干旱胁迫对欧李叶绿素荧光特性的影响,以欧李为试验材料,通过干旱胁迫处理,测定了其初始荧光Fo、可变荧光Fv、最大PSⅡ量子产率Fv/Fm、稳态下PSⅡ反应中心光化学淬灭系数qP、非光化学淬灭系数qN等的响应。结果表明,干旱胁迫条件下,欧李叶绿素荧光特性受到显著影响。随着水分含量的降低,欧李叶片的初始荧光Fo呈逐渐增加趋势,T1处理受到的影响最小。Fv、Fv/Fm、qP均随水分的减少而降低(α=0.05),qN随水分的减少而升高(α=0.05),但是T1处理与对照相比差异不显著,说明水分供应在60%以上时不影响欧李叶片PSⅡ反应中心的开放程度,进而不影响叶片捕获的光能转化为生物化学能,在此过程中反应中心较为稳定。In order to study the chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of Cerasus humilis under different degrees of drought stress,the initial fluorescence,variable fluorescence,maximum photon efficiency,photochemical quenching coefficient and non photochemical quenching coefficient of C.humilis were studied.The results indicated that under drought stress,the chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of C.humilis were significantly affected.With the decrease of water level,the initial fluorescence of C.humilis leaves increased gradually,and the effect of T1 treatment was the least.Variable fluorescence,maximum photon efficiency and photochemical quenching coefficient decreased with the decrease of water content ( α =0.05).Non photochemical quenching coefficient increased with the increase of water content ( α =0.05),but the difference between T1 treatment and control was not significant,indicating that the water supply at 60% or more did not affect the opening degree of PSⅡ reaction center,and thus did not affect the blade capture of light energy into biochemical energy,In this process,the reaction center was more stable.
