摘  要:高校教师教学能力建设在新时代面临新的考验,在开展高校教师教学能力建设的实践中,形成不同的理论观点。从新的视角归类为环境能力论、需求能力论、功能能力论、结构能力论,均是围绕着人才培养需要的教师教学能力及其建设归类的。基于新时代高等教育的探索和发展的实践,高校教师教学能力建设理论将进一步深化和拓展。构建的理论趋势是更加人本化、智能化、精细化。The construction of teaching ability of college teachers faces new challenges in the new era. It forms different theoreti- cal viewpoints in the practice of building teaching capacity of college teachers. This study classifies, from a new perspective,into environmental competence theory,demand capability theory,functional capability theory,and structural competence theory,all of which are categorized around the teacher's teaching ability and construction. Based on the exploration and development of higher education in the new era, the theory of teaching capacity building for college teachers will be further deepened and expanded .The theoretical trend of construction develops as more humanized,intelligent and refined.
