摘　　要：网售自制食品中存在问题颇多,安全无法保障,但买卖双方多为熟人,消费维权案件甚少。网售自制食品经营主体分布范围广、品类多,交易隐蔽性强大,多为异地交易,政府监管难度大,监管效果差,网售自制食品溯源体系缺乏,应从立法、执法等方面来完善我国网售自制食品市场。There are many problems of internet Self-made Food, Safety cannot be guaranteed, but most of the buyers and sellers are acquaintances, there are very few cases of consumer rights protection. The main body of online self-made food business has a wide range of distribution, many categories, strong concealment of transaction, most of them are foreign trade, the government supervision is difficult, the effect of supervision is poor, the traceability system of self-made food sold online is lacking, so We should perfect the market of internet self-made food from the aspects of legislation, law enforcement and so on.
