摘  要:目的探究脑脊液β2微球蛋白(CSFβ2-MG)血清白介素-6(IL-6)及降钙素原(PCT)对小儿中枢神经系统感染性疾病的应用价值。方法选取2016年1月~2017年12月来医院接受治疗的78例小儿中枢神经系统感染患者作为研究对象,并根据病原菌不同分为化脓性感染组(28例)、病毒性感染组(24例)及结核性感染组(26例),同期选择30例无小儿中枢神经系统感染患者为对照组,比较4组患儿脑脊液β2-Mg含量及血清IL-6、PCT水平,并对结果进行分析。结果 4组研究对象脑脊液β2-Mg含量及血清IL-6、PCT水平差异存在统计学意义,化脓性感染组脑脊液β2-Mg含量及血清IL-6、PCT水平均显著高于其他三组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);病毒性感染组和结核性感染组脑脊液β2-Mg含量及血清IL-6水平显著高于对照组,而血清PCT水平较对照组差异无统计学意义。中枢神经系统患儿脑脊液β2-Mg及血清IL-6、PCT三项联合检测的阳性率显著高于脑脊液β2-Mg及血清IL-6、PCT各单项指标,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析表明,中枢神经系统疾病患儿的脑脊液β2-Mg水平与IL-6、PCT水平正相关(r=0.436,0.513,P<0.05),且IL-6、PCT水平也呈正相关关系(r=0.549,P<0.05)。结论脑脊液β2-Mg及血清PCT水平在小儿中枢神经系统感染性疾病中显著升高,可作为鉴别小儿中枢神经系统感染的重要指标,具有积极的临床价值。Objective To explorethe application value ofcerebrospinalfluid2-microglobulin(CSFI32-MG),seruminterleukin-6 (IL-6) andpro- calcitonin(PCT) in infectious diseases of central nervous system in children. Methods A total of 78 children with central nervous system infections who were treated in the hospital from anuary 2016 to December 2017 were recruited as the study objects and divided into the purulent infection pathogenic bacteria group (28 cases), viral infection group (24 cases) and tuberculosis infection group (26 cases) according to the etiology, mean- while, 30 childre without central nervous system infection were chosen as the control group. Compare the four groups of children with cerebrospinal fluid beta 2-Mg content and serum levels of IL - 6, PCT, and analyze the results. Results There were statistically significant differences in the con- tents of serum IL-6 and PCT in the cerebrospinal fluid of the four groups: in the suppurative infection group, the levels of serum IL-6 and PCT were significantly higher than those of the other three groups (P〈0.05).Both the viral infection group and the tuberculous infection group had significantly higher CSF 2-mg content and serum IL-6 level than the control group, while there was no statistically significant difference in serum PCT level compared with the control group. The positive rate of the three combined tests of CSFI32-MG, serum IL-6 and PCT was significantly higher than that of CSFI32-MG, serum IL-6 and PCT, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that level CSFI32- MG was positively correlated with IL-6 and PCT (r=0.436, 0.513, P〈0.05), and IL-6 and PCT were also positively correlated (r=0.549, P〈0.05). Conclusion CSFβ2-MG and serum PCT level are significantly increased in infective diseases of the central nervous system in children, and these can be used as important indicators for differential diagnosis of the children with central nervous system infec
