摘 要:肿瘤微血管高通透性是脑胶质瘤的典型病理特征,与肿瘤恶性程度、分子分型及病人预后密切相关。常规MRI无法真实准确反映肿瘤微血管通透性变化,临床准确诊疗胶质瘤有一定困难。灌注MRI能够无创、动态、定量地评价肿瘤微血管血流动力学特征,现已广泛应用于科研及临床工作中。以非对比剂灌注MRI作为重点,综述近年对比剂及非对比剂灌注MRI评价脑胶质瘤微血管通透性的临床应用及研究进展。Microvascular hyperpermeability is a pathological hallmark of glioma, it associates with tumor malignancy, molecular phenotype, and prognosis. Conventional MRI can't accurately reveal the changes of microvascular permeability, it limits its clinical application in evaluation of glioma accurate diagnosis. Perfusion MRI is a non-invasive imaging technique which can assess brain hemodynamic characteristics with a dynamic and quantitative manner, and has been gradually employed in clinical trials and researches. The purpose of this article was to review the clinical application and current advances of perfusion MRI in evaluation of glioma microvessels permeability, with emphasis on the non-contrast agent perfusion MRI.
