明代五开卫“华款”初探——兼论明代汉侗民族关系与文化交流

摘　　要：华款是明代五开卫等地汉族移民效仿侗款而结成的民间武装组织。明中叶,华款的活动呈现出两个特点,一是遇命案按照侗款款约处理,二是联合侗款共同打击五开卫官员的腐败统治。明朝末年,随着地方叛乱的增长,官方比照侗款推广华款,使之成为整合地方各种武装力量的重要组织形式。侗款不仅是侗族社会重要的文化现象,而且也深刻影响到周边汉族社会。这对我们反思明代汉侗民族关系与文化交流具有重要的启发意义。Huakuan in Wukaiwei（name of place,now in Guizhou Province）and other places in the Ming Dynasty（1368—1644）is a folk armed organization formed by Han immigrants following Dongkuan（the oath of alliance of the Dong ethnic group）.In the middle of the Ming Dynasty,Huakuan＇s activities showed two characteristics,one was that the murder case was dealt with in the way of Dongkuan,the other was to join with the latter to combat the corrupt officials in Wukaiwei.In the late of the Ming Dynasty,with the growth of the local rebellions,the government promoted Huakuan according to Dongkuan,making it an important organizational form for the integration of various local armed organizations.This shows that the oath of alliance of the Dong ethnic group is not only an important cultural phenomenon in the Dong society,but also has a profound impact on the Han society around.It is of great enlightening significance for us to reflect on the relationship and cultural exchanges between the Han and Dong ethnic group in the Ming Dynasty.
