复方黄连油口服治疗消化性溃疡的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察研究复方黄连油口服对消化性溃疡患者的临床疗效,为扩宽复方黄连油的适应症提供临床依据。方法:将2017年1月至2017年10月就诊就吉林市人民医院中医科的符合消化性溃疡诊断的115例患者随机分为黄连油组和对照组,黄连油组给予口服复方黄连油1日1次,对照组给予三联疗法治疗,7天为1个疗程,进行2个疗程的治疗。观察比较两组患者疗效评价、症状、溃疡面、幽门螺旋杆菌(Hpylori)转阴率方面的情况。结果:两组疗效相当,在溃疡面愈合情况、纳差、嗳气、大便秘结方面的差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。口服复方黄连油组在胃痛、胃脘胀满症状的改善及Hpylori转阴率方面优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论:复方黄连油口服治疗胃溃疡对改善患者胃痛、胃脘胀满及Hpylori转阴率方面疗效确切,值得在临床推广。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Compound Huanglian Oil on treating peptic ulcer and to provide clinical evidence for widening the indications of Compound Huanglian Oil. Methods： 115 PUD patients with selected from those who visited TCM department of Jilin People＇s Hospital from January to October in 2017 were randomly divided into a Huanglian Oil group and a control group. The Huanglian oil was taken compound Huanglian oil one time a day, while and the control group was treated with triple therapy. The treat- ment was given 2 courses as taking 7 days as 1 course. The efficacy, symptoms, ulcer surface, conversion rate of Helicobacter pylori （ H pylori） of two groups were observed and compared. Results： In the two groups, theworthy of population.
