摘 要:船舶水文气象观测是指应用船舶上自动观测设备对海洋水文气象的环境条件和自然现象进行观测,并记录相关观测数据,观测项目包括风速、风向、气温、湿度、气压、能见度、水温等。这需要通过数据采集系统来实现。开发高性能的数据采集监控系统对于海洋观测工作具有重要意义。介绍一种基于北斗/海事卫星通信的船舶水文气象观测系统,该系统通过船上的数据采集设备实现数据采集、处理和基于北斗/海事卫星通信的数据通信,岸站数据接收中心实现多条船舶观测点的数据集中管理、反馈控制以及对数据采集设备的远程监控的功能。Ship hydrometeorological observation refers to the application of automatic observation equipment on ships to observe the environmental conditions and natural phenomena of marine hydrometeorology. It records relevant observations, including wind speed, wind direction, temperature, humidity, air pressure, visibility, water temperature, etc. This needs to be realized through data acquisition system. The development of highperformance data acquisition and monitoring system is of great significance for marine observation. A ship hydrometeorological observation system based on Beidou satellite communication is introduced in this paper. The system realizes data acquisition, processing and data communication based on Beidou satellite communication through the data acquisition equipment on board. The data receiving center of the shore station realizes the functions of data centralized management, feedback control and remote monitoring of data acquisition equipment for multiple ship observation points.
