摘 要:大学体育有效教学的目的是提高教学质量。文章通过文献资料法、调查和访谈的方法,对大学体育有效教学的动力机制进行了研究,认为我国大学体育有效教学存在师生主体关系认知模糊、教师主体"教"的缺失、学生主体"学"的不足三个方面的问题。通过构建"双主体"有效教学信息回路,教师强调"思""示""讲""练""启"实施教学,学生凸显"敬""仿""说""展""评"进行学习,师生共同实现"教"与"学"的"双有效"机制。The purpose of effective college sport teaching is to improve the quality of teaching. This paper uses the methods of literature,investigation and interview,to studies the motivation mechanism of the effective teaching. It is considered that there are three problems in effective teaching--vague cognition between teachers and students,the lack of teachers' teaching and the lack of students’learning. Through constructing the "double subject" effective teaching information circuit,teachers could emphasize on the teaching of "thinking", "showing" , "speaking", "practicing" and "enlightening" and students highlight on "respecting", "imitation", "speaking", "exhibition" and "comment" to realized the "double effective" mechanism of "teaching" and "learning" .
