摘　　要：学生体质和精神可以反映出一个国家民族形象和国力。当前我国学生群体有很多存在体质差、精神匮乏现象,校园体育发展建设并没有很好地促进学生的素质成长,部分学生的体质和精神状态越来越令人担忧。本文运用文献法、理论分析法,对毛泽东体育思想健身观的表现、美学意义以及对当前我国校园体育发展带来的启示进行了研究,旨在创造性发展和运用毛泽东体育思想,指导我国当前学校体育建设,以培养学生健康体质和精神,为实现健康中国、美丽中国打造比较好的群众根基,提供比较好的人力资源。The physique and spirit of the students can reflect the national image and strength. At present, many students have poor health and spirit. The construction and development of campus sports are not good to promote the growth of students’ quality, so more and more people are worried about the students＇ physique and spirit. This paper uses literature method and theoretical analysis method to study the performance and aesthetic significance of Mao Zedong＇s sports thoughts on physical fitness, as well as the inspiration of the current development of campus sports in our country. It aims at developing and applying Mao Zedong＇s sports thought creatively and guiding the construction of our current school sports which cultivates the students’ healthy physique and spirit. It will provide better human resources and build a better foundation of the masses for achieving healthy and beautiful China.
