摘　　要：技术标准联盟作为融合专利和技术标准的特定产业联盟,其开展的技术标准制修订、推广和产业化等活动如何影响产业经济效益?针对此问题,本研究运用1995—2015年闪联联盟以及3C产业相关数据,采用依次检验回归系数的因果步骤法,实证研究技术标准联盟对产业经济效益的影响机制。验证了技术标准联盟对产业经济效益的三种影响机制:一是通过推动技术标准化,促进产业经济效益的提高;二是通过推动产业创新,促进产业经济效益的提高;三是作为技术标准化的重要技术载体以及产业创新的推动力,强化技术标准化与产业创新之间互为促进的关系,最终推动产业经济效益整体提高。Technology standard alliance mixes patent and technology standard. How does its technology standard setting, revision, diffusion and industrialization affect industry economic benefits.9 Through the method of cause and effect that testify the regression coefficient, this paper studied the effect of standard alliance on the industry economic benefits by using the data of IGRS alliance and 3C Industry from 1995 to 2015. Three mechanisms between standard alliance and the industry economic benefits are testified. Firstly, standard alli- ance promotes industry economic benefits by technology standardization; Secondly, standard alliance promotes industry economic benefits by industry innovation; Thirdly, standard alliance, as the technology carrier of technology standardization and motivation of industry innovation, strengthens the relation between technology standardization and industry innovation and promotes industry economic benefits.
