摘　　要：目的:研究乳腺非特殊型浸润性癌组织中凋亡酶激活因子-1(apaf-1)、半胱天冬氨酸蛋白酶-3(caspase-3)、细胞增殖核抗原(ki-67)表达的相关性及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测100例正常乳腺组织、100例乳腺非典型导管增生、100例乳腺非特殊型浸润性癌中apaf-1、caspase-3及ki-673种蛋白表达,比较3种蛋白表达的差异,并分析其相关性。结果:乳腺非特殊型浸润性癌、乳腺非典型导管增生及正常乳腺组织中,apaf-1蛋白的阳性表达率分别为38.00%、80.00%、96.00%;caspase-3蛋白的阳性表达率分别为46.00%、69.00%、90.00%,ki-67蛋白的阳性表达率分别为81.00%、57.00%、6.00%。乳腺非特殊型浸润性癌组织中apaf-1、caspase-3阳性率低于乳腺非典型导管增生及正常乳腺组织(P<0.05);乳腺非特殊型浸润性癌组织中ki-67阳性率高于乳腺非典型导管增生(P<0.05)和正常乳腺组织(P<0.01)。不同乳腺非特殊型浸润性癌分期、组织学分级及肿瘤直径患者apaf-1、caspase-3及ki-67表达水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。apaf-1与caspase-3表达水平呈正相关关系(r=0.352,P=0.000),与ki-67表达水平呈负相关关系(r=-0.287,P=0.000),caspase-3与ki-67表达水平呈负相关关系(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺非特殊型浸润性癌apaf-1与caspase-3和ki-67表达水平有明显相关关系。Objective： To investigate the correlations among the expressions of apoptotic enzyme activator -1 （apaf-1）,cystine aspartic proteinase-3 （caspase-3） and cell proliferating nuclear antigen （ki-67） in non special invasive breast cancer and its clinical significance.Methods： Immunohistochemical staining with SP method was used to detect the expressions of apaf-1,caspase-3 and ki-67 in 100 normal breast tissues,100 atypical ductal hyperplasia of mammary glands and 100 non specific invasive breast cancer tissues.Results： The positive expression rates of apaf-1 protein were 38%,80% and 96% respectively in non specific invasive breast cancer patients,atypical ductal hyperplasia patients and normal controls,and the positive expression rates of caspase-3 protein were 46%,69% and 90%,respectively.The positive rates of apaf-1 and caspase-3 in non specific invasive patients were lower than those in atypical ductal hyperplasia patients and normal controls,while the positive rate of ki-67 protein was higher （ P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01）.The apaf-1 was positively correlated with caspase-3 expression level （ r =0.352, P =0.000）,and was negatively correlated with ki-67 expression level （ r =-0.287, P =0.000）.The expression of caspase-3 was negatively correlated with ki-67 expression level （ P 〈0.05）.Conclusion： The expression of apaf-1 was associated with the expressions of caspase-3 and ki-67 in non special invasive breast cancer patients.
