摘　　要：目的:探讨磷酸化蛋白50(EBP50)在肺腺癌中的表达及与临床预后的关系。方法:选取2011年1月至2014年12月海南省人民医院病理科的肺腺癌标本65例,检测肺腺癌组织(观察组)及其癌旁正常组织(距离肿瘤>3cm)(对照组)中EBP50蛋白的表达情况,并分析其与临床特征的关系及对预后的影响。结果:EBP50在观察组中的阳性率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(41.5%vs.61.5%,P=0.035);吸烟患者EBP50的阳性率低于非吸烟患者,差异有统计学意义(33.3%vs.82.8%,P=0.001)。低分化患者EBP50的阳性率低于高分化患者,差异有统计学意义(26.3%vs.77.8%,P=0.037)。TNM分期为晚期患者的EBP50阳性率低于TNM分期较早患者,差异有统计学意义(20.0%vs.60.0%,P=0.004)。淋巴结转移患者的EBP50阳性率低于无淋巴结转移患者,差异有统计学意义(22.7%vs.55.8%,P=0.023)。肺腺癌组织中EBP50低表达患者生存时间比高表达的患者短,差异有统计学意义[(32.72±2.44)个月vs.(49.24±3.17)个月,P=0.0001)]。结论:EBP50蛋白的低表达可能参与了肺腺癌的发展、侵袭和转移过程,可作为预测肺癌预后的重要指标。Objective： To investigate the expression of ERM-binding phosphoprotein-50 （EBP50） in adenocarcinoma tissues and their relationship with prognosis.Methods： The protein expressions of EBP50 in 65 cases with adenocarcinoma and 65 non-tumor normal tissues were detected by immunohistochemical technique.Results： The expression rate of EBP50 in adenocarcinoma tissues was significantly lower than that in pericancerous normal tissues （41.5% vs. 61.5%, P =0.035）.The positive detection rate of EBP50 in smokers was lower than non-smokers （33.3% vs. 82.8%, P =0.001）.The positive detection rate of EBP50 in low differentiation patients was lower than high differentiation patients （26.3% vs. 77.8%, P =0.037）.The positive detection rate of EBP50 in advanced TNM stage patients was lower than early TNM stage patients （20.0% vs. 60.0%, P =0.004）.The positive detection rate of EBP50 in lymph node metastasis patients was lower than non lymph node metastasis patients （22.7% vs. 55.8%, P =0.023）.The survival time of the patients with negative EBP50 was significantly shorter than that of the patients with positive EBP50 （32.72±2.44 months vs. 49.24±3.17 months, P =0.0001）.Conclusion： Low expression of EBP50 protein might be involved in the development of adenocarcinoma,and played an important role in the invasion and metastasis of adenocarcinoma.It could be used for predicting the prognosis of lung carcinoma.
