血栓通治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及其对患者血清炎症因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨血栓通治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及其对患者血清炎症因子超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平的影响。方法 :将140例急性脑梗死患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组70例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用血栓通粉针剂治疗,治疗2周后观察两组临床疗效。采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评价患者神经功能缺损程度,Barthel指数(BI)评价患者的日常生活活动能力,免疫投射比浊法测定患者血清hsCRP水平,酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测IL-6及TNF-α水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为78.79%,显著高于对照组的62.69%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,BI评分高于对照组,血清hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平低于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:血栓通能有效降低急性脑梗死患者血清炎症因子(hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α)水平,改善日常生活活动能力,促进神经功能康复。Objective： To investigate the effect of Xueshuantong injection on the serum levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein （hs-CRP）, interleukin-6 （IL-6）, tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α） in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods： A total of 140 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 70 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received conventional therapy, and those in the control group were treated as the control group with addition of Xueshuantong injection.The serum hs-CRP, IL-6 and TNF-α levels were detected.The degree of neurological impairment and the ability to perform activities of daily living were evaluated by the National Institutes of Health Stroke scale （NIHSS） and Barthel index （BI）, respectively.Results： The response rate was 78.79% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group （62.69%） （ P 〈0.05）.Compared with the control group, the NIHSS score and the serum levels of hs-CRP, IL-6 and TNF-α in the observation group were significantly decreased, while the ADL score was increased （ P 〈0.05）.Conclusion： Xueshuantong injection could effectively reduce the inflammatory reaction and promote the recovery of neurological function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
