摘　　要：目的探讨慈丹胶囊联合立体定向放疗同步GP方案化疗治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床效果。方法选取空军军医大学第二附属医院自2013年1月至2014年5月收治的102例局部晚期NSCLC患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为A组与B组,每组51例。A组给予立体定向放疗同步GP方案化疗,B组在A组的基础上给予慈丹胶囊。比较两组患者的疗效、肿瘤标记物含量、存活情况及不良反应。结果治疗后,B组患者的治疗有效率、1年存活率、3年存活率、无疾病进展存活时间及总存活时间均明显高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。B组患者的不良反应发生率明显低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论慈丹胶囊联合立体定向放疗同步GP方案化疗治疗局部晚期NSCLC的临床疗效较好,可有效延长患者存活时间,减少不良反应。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Cidan capsule combined with stereotactic radiotherapy synchronous GP regimen chemotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced stage non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）.Methods A retrospective study was performed on 102 cases of patients with advanced NSCLC who were admitted from January 2013 to May 2014.Patients were randomly divided into the Group A and Group B,with 51 cases in each group.Patients in Group A were treated with stereotactic radiotherapy synchronous GP regimen chemotherapy,the others in Group B were added Cidan capsule on the basis of treatment in Group A.Efficacy,tumor marker content,survival and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the treatment efficiency,1-year survival rate,3-year survival rate,disease-free progression survival time and total survival time of patients in Group B were significantly higher than those in Group A,with statistically significant differences（ P 〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in Group B was significantly lower than that in Group A,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Cidan capsule combined with stereotactic radiotherapy synchronous GP regimen chemotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced stage non-small cell lung cancer has a good effect,could lengthen the survival time and reduce the adverse actions in the patients.
