摘　　要：大学是以理性和系统性的方式进行真理探究和培养高级人才的重要场所;在任何时代,大学都是一个对环境开放并与外部环境进行资源交流的系统。在开放和交流的现实生活中,大学遭遇诸多方面的"他者",如政府、市场、社会大众和科技等,大学自治权力式微、学术共同体核心使命解构、价值理性迷失、学术个体职业生活激变等困局亦随之产生。面对"他者",大学需要凝聚新的智慧,在对话与交往中实现和谐创生,在治理和善治中达成多元共处,在传承和开新中谋求冲突融合。Universities are the crucial place for exploring truth in a rational and systematic way as well as for cultivating advanced talents.In whatever era,they are always a system opening to the environment and exchanging resources with the external environment.In the real life of openness and communication,universities will encounter all kinds of＂others＂such as the government,market,public,and technology.With the openness and communication emerge the awkward situations of declining university autonomy,deconstructed core commitment of academic common community,loss of value rationality and sudden changes in the professional life of academic individuals.In the face of＂the others,＂universities need to condense new wisdom so as to achieve harmonious cooperation in dialogue and exchanges,seek plural coexistence in governance and good governance,and strive for integration of conflicts in inheritance and opening up.
