摘 要:传统发泡材料广泛地应用于建筑、装饰装潢、包装等领域,但发泡材料因体积大、回收困难、难降解等缺陷限制了其应用。实验以淀粉为原料,采用适当发泡工艺制备的淀粉基发泡材料,性能优异,可完全降解,绿色环保,是一种理想的发泡材料,并对发泡工艺进行对比研究,结果表明,模压发泡制备的发泡材料具有较好的综合性能。Traditional foamed materials are widely used in architecture, decoration, packaging and other felds, but the application of foamed materials is limited due to their large size, diffculty in recovering and diffcult to degrade. The starch-based foaming material, which is made of starch as raw material and suitable foaming technology, it is an ideal foaming material with excellent properties, complete degradation and green environment protection. The results show that the foaming process is comparatively studied. The foamed materials prepared by moulding foaming have better comprehensive properties.
