摘 要:为了提高普通稠油采收率及解决碱驱结垢问题,利用江苏油田P14区块和W8区块不同酸值的普通稠油油样,进行界面张力、乳化性能、阻垢剂优化和驱油等研究,构建了一种适用于普通稠油的耐垢复合碱驱体系。结果表明:在质量分数为1. 5%时,碳酸钠(Na_2CO_3)与W8原油界面张力较低,可降至0. 03 m N/m,形成较稳定的水包油乳状液;优化的阻垢剂配方为0. 025%羧酸盐阻垢剂+0. 025%膦酸盐阻垢剂;酸值较高的P14原油碱驱采收率比酸值较低的W8原油的采收率高28%。研究成果为普通稠油油藏有效开采提供了新思路和技术手段。In order to enhance the heavy oil recovery and solve the scaling problem in the alkaline flooding, using the common heavy oil samples with different acid values taken from Block P14 and W8 of Jiangsu Oilfield, the interfacial tension (IFT) , emulsifying performance, optimization of the scale inhibitor, oil flooding and so on were engaged, So it was proposed a new type scale-resistant complex alkaline flooding system for the common heavy oil was established. The results show that when Na2CO3 mass fractor is 1.5%, the IFT between Na2CO3 and the oil from Block W8 is pretty lower and can reduce to 0. 03 mN/m, and the formed oil-in-water emulsion is much more stable; the optimized formula of the scale inhibitor is 0. 025% carboxylate scale inhibitor + 0. 025% phosphonate scale inhibitor; the alkaline-flooded oil recovery in Block P14 with higher acid value is 28% higher than that in Block W8 with lower acid value. The study achievements have provided the new thinking and technical method for the high-efficiency production of the common heavy oil reservoir.
