摘 要:虽然手术切除是治愈原发性非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的主要治疗方法 ,但是由于各种原因,大约80%肺癌无法通过手术切除治疗。对于无法手术切除的肺癌患者在传统的放化疗中获益有限,因此许多新的局部治疗方法陆续产生,包括局部消融治疗等。微波消融(MWA)是一种相对较新的消融技术,本综述描述了MWA的作用机制、治疗早期NSCLC的适应证、临床疗效、潜在的并发症以及目前存在的相关问题。Surgical resection has been the main treatment for primary non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC), but for a variety of reasons, about 80% of lung cancers are not suitable for surgical resection. For the majority of lung cancer patients who are not suitable for surgical resection, the benefits of traditional radiotherapy and chemotherapy are limited, so many new local treatment methods, including microwave ablation(MWA), etc., have emerged as the times require. MWA is a relatively new ablation technique. This paper aims to make a comprehensive review concerning the therapeutic mechanism of MWA, indications for early NSCLC, clinical effect, potential complications and ablation-related issues at present.
