三参胃炎汤治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎的临床疗效及预后分析

摘　　要：目的:观察采用三参胃炎汤治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎的临床疗效分析。方法:纳入2015年12月-2017年12月在我院收治的慢性糜烂性胃炎患者共100例,分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组采用常规治疗方法,观察组在对照组的基础上加用三参胃炎汤治疗,以治疗7d为一个周期,共治疗4个周期。观察两组患者的临床有效率及临床症状评分。结果:对照组治疗后的临床总有效率为76.00%,观察组的治疗总有效率为92.00%,观察组的临床总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05),差异具有统计学意义。治疗前两组患者的腹胀、胃痛及胃黏膜愈合评分差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后两组患者的评分较治疗前均出现上升(P <0.05),且观察组治疗后的评分较对照组上升更为明显(P <0.05),差异具有统计学意义。对照组出现腹泻2例,局部出血1例,不良反应发生率为6.00%;观察组出现腹泻及局部出血各1例,不良反应发生率为4.00%,两组患者的不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:三参胃炎汤治疗慢性糜烂性胃炎的临床疗效较高,改善了患者的临床症状,不良反应发生率较低,临床运用疗效及安全性较高,能有效改善患者的预后情况。Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of the Sanshen gastritis decoction （ 三参胃炎汤 ） on chronic erosive gastritis. Methods： From December 2015 to December 2017, 100 cases were divided into two groups, 50 cases in each. The control group was given conventional treatment. The obselvation group was given the Saxlshen gastritis decoction more, 7 days as a course, for 4 courses. Results： The total efficiency was 92.00% in the observation group, higher than 76.00% in the control group, P〈0.05. After treatment, the scores in two groups were higher than those before treatment （P〈0.05）; and the scores in the observation group after treatment were more significant than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. In the control group, there were 2 cases of diarrhea and 1 case of local bleeding. The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.00%. 1 case of diarrhea and local hemorrhage occurred in the obselvation group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was 4.00%. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The Sanshen gastritis decoction on chronic erosive gastritis shows a good effect, can improve clinical symptoms, with lower incidence of adverse reactions.
