摘　　要：目的:探讨BillrothⅡ式远端胃切除术伴布朗式吻合术治疗胃癌的临床效果。方法:收治胃癌患者126例,分为常规BillrothⅡ式远端胃切除术组(60例)和联合手术组(66例),比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,联合手术组手术时间、术中出血量和生活质量改善情况均明显优于常规BillrothⅡ式远端胃切除术组(P<0.05)。结论:BillrothⅡ式远端胃切除术伴布朗式吻合术治疗胃癌的临床效果显著。Objective：To explore the clinical effect of Billroth Ⅱ distal gastrectomy combined with Brown anastomosis in the treatment of gastric cancer.Methods：126 patients with gastric cancer were selected,they were divided into the conventional Billroth Ⅱ distal gastrectomy group and the combined operation group,we compared the therapeutic effects between the two groups.Results：After treatment,the operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume and quality of life in the combined operation group were significantly better than those in the conventional Billroth Ⅱ distal gastrectomy group（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of Billroth Ⅱ distal gastrectomy combined with Brown anastomosis in the treatment of gastric cancer was significant.
