干部保健工作中提高护理管理水平及护理安全的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨在干部保健工作中提高护理管理水平及护理安全的效果。方法:选择干部病房住院患者200例和健康体检干部500例为观察组,采用护理安全管理措施进行护理;同时选择未实施护理安全管理措施前的患者200例和健康体检干部500例为对照组,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组住院患者满意度、体检人员满意度和总体满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组宣教评分、护理质量评分、护理文书评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在干部保健工作中提高护理管理水平及护理安全的效果显著。Objective：To explore the effect of improving the level of nursing management and the nursing safety in health care for cadres.Methods：200 eases of inpatients in cadre wards and 500 eases of health examination cadres were selected as the observation group,they received nursing safety management measures for nursing,200 patients and 500 healthy physical examination cadres without nursing safety management measures were selected as the control group,we compared the nursing effects of the two groups.Results：In the observation group,the inpatient satisfaction,physical examination personnel satisfaction and overall satisfaction were higher than those in the control group（P〈 0.05）.In the observation group,the scores of propaganda and education,nursing quality and nursing documents were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion：The effect of improving the level of nursing management and the nursing safety in health care for cadres was significant.
