摘　　要：产教融合是高职院校提升办学质量和服务区域经济发展的必然之路。新时代经济转型背景下进一步深化产教融合,促进职业教育人才培养与产业发展有机衔接,深化职业教育人才培养模式改革,是目前加快人力资源供给侧结构性改革的主要措施。笔者以推进区域经济快速转型、不断提升教育质量水平以及培育经济发展新动能作为切入点,对新时代职业教育产教融合人才培养路径展开了深入的研究。The integration of industry and education is an inevitable way for higher vocational colleges to improve the quality of running schools and serve regional economic development. In the context of economic transformation in the new era, further deepening the integration of labor and education, promoting the organic connection between vocational education talents training and industrial development, and deepening the reform of vocational education talents training model are urgent requirements for advancing the structural reform of the supply side of human resources. It is of great practical significance for this paper to discuss the aspects of improving the quality of education, promoting the transformation and upgrading of regional economy and fostering new impetus of economic development.
