摘　　要：BIM技术可以完成施工企业对工程项目全过程管理从过去传统粗放型的传统工作模式和协同管理,转变为更为精细化、高效化、标准化管理。施工企业利用BIM技术搭建起项目建设过程中集约化管理的需求。从而达到人工、材料、机械的利用效率实现低投入高产出和良好经济效益。BIM technology can change the whole project managenlent of construction enterprises from the traditional working mode and collaborative management to more refined, efficient and standardized management. Construction enterprises can use BIM technology to build the intensive management requirements in the project construction process, so as to realize the good economic benefits of low investment and high yield in the use efficiency of labor, materials and machinery.
