摘  要:菌种保存工作是医疗卫生、科学研究、实践教学中重要的基础性工作,选用教学实验室常用的6种保存菌种方法,对它们的优缺点进行对比。结果表明,瓷珠菌种保存法简单方便,保存快速,价格经济,保存时间长,占用空间小且适用范围广,实用性较强。瓷珠菌种保存方法有效地提高了菌种保存工作的效率,目前已经被各临床及教学实验室广泛应用。相信在不远的将来一定会取代传统的菌种保存方法,得到进一步普及。The preservation of bacteria species is an important basic work in medical and health care,scientific research and practical teaching, six methods of preservation of bacteria were used in teaching laboratory and their advantages and disadvantages were compared. The result showed that the preservation method of porcelain beads is simple and convenient, the preservation is quick, the price is economical, the preservation time is long, the space occupied is small, the scope of application is wide,and the practicability is strong. Which also effectively improves the efficiency, the method has been accepted and applied in clinical and teaching laboratories. It is believed that in the near future, it will replace the traditional methods of species preservation and be further popularized.
