摘  要:深化产教融合、校企合作始终是职业教育的重要环节和关键问题,这既缘于国家各级政府的高度重视,也是高职院校办学模式创新的现实需要。结合金华职业技术学院校企合作的实践,发现基于政校企研联盟的校企合作模式主要面临学校吸引力有待提高、企业参与活力有待激发和政策激励机制有待完善等问题,需从政府、企业和学校层面加以引导和提升。It is an important link and key issue for higher vocational education to deepen the integration of production and education as well as the university-enterprise cooperation, which is not only due to the high attentions given by government at all levels, but also the practical need for higher vocational colleges to innovate their operation mode. Based on the practice of the university-enterprise cooperation of Jinhua Polytechnic, it is found that the school-enterprise cooperation mode based on the government-university-enterprise-academy association faces a series of problems, including insufficient attractiveness of universities, inadequate vitality of enterprise participation as well as incomplete policy and incentive mechanism. And it should be guided and improved by the government, enterprises and universities.
