摘　　要：为了适应时代发展的需要,网页设计领域需不断进行技术创新。目前,设计师已能够借助HTML5+CSS3进行网页设计。虽然HTML5+CSS3在网页设计中应用的相关技术手段还不是非常成熟,但相关技术应用优势显著,因此网页设计者必须重视这种技术。基于此,分析了HTML5和CSS3,明确了HTML5和CSS3的特点与优势,探究了HTML5+CSS3在网页设计中的具体应用,并将其应用于响应式布局设计和跨浏览器设计两个方面,促进网页设计工作的创新和发展。In the field of webpage design, designers need to constantly carry out technological innovation. At present, designers have been able to use HTML5＋CSS3 to design web pages. Although the relevant technical means of HTML5＋CSS3 application in web design is not very mature, the application advantages of related technologies are outstanding. As web designers, must pay attention to this kind of technological innovation. This article analyzes HTML5 and CSS3, the characteristics and advantages of HTML5 and CSS3 are clarified, explores the specific application of HTML5＋CSS3 in webpage design, applied to response layout design and cross-browser design to promote the innovation and development of web page design.
