摘　　要：本文以昆明PX项目引发的群体动员事件为个案,分析了在新媒体时代下＂昆明PX事件＂引发的邻避运动的动员路径即在主流媒体封锁的情况下,意见领袖突围,继而由意见领袖过渡到人人呼吁的共同推进,对路径的形成原因进行了分析,并提出了新媒体时代下化解邻避运动的对策建议。This paper is based on a case that the local residents againsted PX program being established in Kuming.At the beginning of this case,the main media was forced to ignore the citizens＇ voice.In this condition,the opinion leaders attempted to spread the message with user- operated media to make more people know the event.Under the effort of opinion leaders,more and more people knew and joined in the NIMBY Movement.According to analyse how the public developed the NIMBY Movement,and try to figure out how to deal with the problem in the new media age.
