摘 要:中国内地高校部分任课教师的师德问题引起广泛关注并非偶然,教学不端、科研不端、为师不端等现象,既与社会环境密切相关,又需要给予特定的分析研判.中国要建设世界一流的大学,师资是核心,但师德是关键,是师资之魂,体现着中国高等教育行业的言行规范和职业精神.师德的含义既是抽象的,又是具体的;既是理想的,又是现实的.师德建设必须分解抽象,化为具体;必须追求理想,不忘现实.从理解师德的内涵出发,可以将高校任课教师师德的内涵分为三个层次来理解,即经师、人师和国师,三者要依次进行和逐层完善.从师德建设的方法路径上看,应当注重制度供给、外在限制和内在提升之间的平衡.At present,teaching,scientific research and moral misconduct namely the Mainland University Teachers moral problem do exist among part of the teachers in mainland universities. If we want to build world top universities in China,the teacher is the core. But morality is the key and soul of the teacher which embodies the behavior norms and occupation spirit of the Chinese higher education industry. The meaning of teacher s morality is abstract but concrete; ideal but realistic. The construction of teacher s morality must decompose the abstract into concrete,pursuing ideal,not forgetting the reality. Starting from the understanding of the connotation of teacher s morality,it must be divided into different levels,namely the teacher for books,teacher for human and teacher for nation. The three levels need to be implemented and perfected gradually. Its application lies in the methodology of the teachers morality construction and paying attention to the balance between system supply and external restriction.
