摘  要:心理相容是一定的团体内部建立协调关系、形成凝聚力的心理基础。调查表明:人际交往困境是高校大学生心理上存在的一种突出现象。公共体育课程,是教育、激励、引导学生心理相容的有效平台;教师的情境教学法,是使师生之间、学生之间实现心理相容的有效切入点。创新并在课堂教学中采用各种方式的行为引导,可以使学生在体育教学的集体性、群体性活动中,形成理解他人、关心他人、乐于助人和接受他人帮助的态度,体验尊重和被尊重的感受,培养大学生的人际交往能力。引进心理学原理或方法改进体育教学,既有利于提高体育课本身的教学质量,也有利于减少高校学生的精神偏陋和心理失常,对学生良好的心理品质有所助益。Psychological compatibility is the psychological foundation for the establishment of coordination and cohesion within a certain group. Some surveys have shown that the plight of interpersonal communication is more striking in the psychological problems of university students. The general physical education course is an effective platform for the education,encouragement and guidance of students' psychological compatibility and teachers' situational teaching is an effective entry point into psychological compatibility among students and between teachers and students. Innovations and a variety of behavior guidance in teaching will enable students to form the attitude of understanding,caring for,helping others and accepting helps from others,to experience the feeling of respect and being respected and raise their interpersonal skills. The improvement of physical education by introducing pyschological principles or methods,i. e. the improvement of teaching quality in physical education itself,will be beneficial to the reduction of university students' mental aberration and to their good psychological traits.
